Rogers became the first Federation Champion after he was
awarded the belt by promoters who split from the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA).

Federation Fact:
On July 15, 1967, Sammartino lost to Ray "Crippler" Stevens in a match
in San Francisco, California. Although Stevens was declared the new
champion at the arena, Federation officials failed to recognize him nationally.
Sammartino remains the defending Champion.

Kane and The Undertaker pinned Stone Cold at the same time. They will
